» Select Finalist to be interviewed

Step 8: Reference Check
» Thorough reference check from past employments
» Validating salary declaration by the candidate

Step 9: Ensuring candidate joining/delivery
» Maintain regular interaction with the candidate
» Ensuring that he/she has resigned from present job and is completing other formalities
» Helping the client in travel arrangement etc for the outstation candidates
» Ensuring that candidate completes all the joining formalities as per client needs
 
 
Step 10: Regular feedback from Client
» Obtain regular feedback from client even after joining of the candidate
» Ensuring that the performance is up to the mark and expectations of the client
» Highlighting any concern areas that candidate might have to the client in order to help them reduce iteration
