The program is open for undergraduates, graduates and Masters degree holders from premier institutes with formal qualification in Information Technology. This is the second year running in which GENPACT has renewed their contract with Factorial looking at the excellent conversion rate in the past.

Progressive Software Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Progressive Software Inc. (UK), placed an HR Consulting order with Factorial Solutions (India). Factorial would create the HR manual for Progressive employees and also help company in the areas of Compensation Management, Appraisal Process Management, Incentive Policies and Job Rotations. Whole project would be completed over a period of six months.
